Frequently asked questions
Which plan fits my store?
Essential if you mainly sell smartphones and tablets or maintain products one by one: the class comes via the EPREL number, spare parts data via barcode. Pro if you carry many products or brands without an EU class: the catalogue scan and the manufacturer directory save the search, and requests and the record keep track of what you did.
Is there a product limit?
No. On both plans the block appears on every product page, with no limit.
How does the trial work?
14 days with all features of the chosen plan. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Billing runs through your Shopify account in US dollars.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time in the app. Shopify adjusts the billing.
What is free without the app?
All tools on this website, without sign-up: obligation check, EPREL lookup, barcode check, manufacturer request and the HTML snippet. With them you maintain single products by hand in any store system.
I don’t use Shopify.
The app is for Shopify only. For other store systems, the HTML snippet creates the block to paste, free and per product.
